A member, shareholder or delegate who cannot attend can appoint a proxyholder to carry their vote. Digitevent records each proxy in advance, applies any cap on proxies per proxyholder, and counts those votes toward both the quorum and the result. The delegation is tracked automatically and stays compliant with your bylaws.

A complete solution lets you handle both simple resolutions (for, against, abstain) and elections with several candidates.
