The annual National Congress of the Agricultural Cooperation Network is a flagship event for the agricultural and agrifood ecosystem. It is structured around several key moments, including open plenary sessions, statutory general assemblies and networking experiences. The event brings together a diverse audience (staff members, members, voting delegates and stakeholders) each with specific access levels and attendee journeys. The challenge was to streamline the overall event management while keeping operations simple for organizers and ensuring a seamless, accessible experience for all participants.
Digitevent was deployed as the central event management platform to power the congress. The event ticketing system enabled the creation of distinct ticket types based on attendee profiles, with tailored pricing and automatic access control to different sessions. Attendee segmentation was used to structure communications and streamline contact management. On-site, operations were optimized with a check-in app, allowing seamless QR code scanning and real-time badge printing for a fast and efficient welcome experience.
The congress brought together 550 participants over two days, delivering a seamless experience from registration to on-site check-in. The Agricultural Cooperation Network team quickly became autonomous in using the platform, while benefiting from dedicated support during the setup phase. Digitevent is now established as a key event technology platform for organizing future editions of the congress.
