Attendee registration flows through a dedicated event website, centralizing participant data and enabling real-time registration tracking. Badges are pre-generated ahead of the event, with on-site badge printing available for walk-ins. On event day, the mobile check-in app delivers high-speed QR code check-in with live attendance tracking across all checkpoints. The setup is completed by on-site check-in hardware and dedicated event-day support, freeing up the team to focus on delivering a standout attendee experience.
