The challenge

The Sommet de la Mesure d’Impact brings together up to 5,000 attendees around key social impact challenges. Nonprofits, companies, researchers, public institutions and engaged citizens come together to exchange ideas, share initiatives and drive meaningful discussions. For Impact Tank and Groupe SOS, the challenge is to engage a highly diverse audience, deliver an accessible hybrid event format, and ensure seamless event operations, while staying true to the event’s social and inclusive mission.

Workflow and solutions

Digitevent deployed a fully branded event website for the Sommet, featuring conditional registration forms tailored to each attendee profile and automated email communications (confirmations, reminders). Registrations were centralized in a single back-office with advanced segmentation and real-time tracking. On-site, a mobile event app provided access to a personalized agenda and virtual sessions. QR code check-in, fully operational even offline, ensured a seamless on-site experience along with comprehensive reporting.

Results

The event brought together over 5,000 attendees, with 40 exhibitors and more than 50 hybrid sessions delivered throughout the day. Despite the scale of the event, the attendee experience remained seamless both on-site and online. Following this success, the organizers confirmed the renewal of the Sommet with Digitevent for future editions.
